"After dropping our dog off at grandma's house, my wife and I set out for a night out deep in the North Cascade National Park backcountry. After some bushwacking and 7,000 feet of elevation gain, we finally arrived at this spot at the base of the Colonial Glacier.
We set up camp, ate some food, and then relaxed in the tent while listening to the sounds of glaciers calving into the lake below.
Couldn't have asked for a better date night."

Monument Valley Sunrise
It’s totally worth losing some sleep to take in the golden hour of a Monument Valley sunrise.
Camp Deception
It’s a slight bummer when the reverse gear of your 1975 VW Bus craps out while parked near a steep drop-off, but at least you can still camp out in it while waiting for the overall situation to improve.
Capitol Reef Storm
Strong storms are part of the equation at this campspot in Capitol Reef National Park.
